The 28th Annual Mid-Atlantic Tournament
One of the most anticipated fishing events of the year, the annual Mid-Atlantic Tournament will take place on Friday, August 23, 2019, in Cape May at the Canyon Club Marina. This day-long fishing tournament costs $3,000 per boat. If you don’t have a boat, we recommend going to the marina for the kick-off party and the weigh-ins, to see who wins the $3.5 million prize. 2. Ghost Walks at Historic Cold Spring Village
If you’re looking for something to do that is not of this world, then this event is for you. Join Bob Bitting, Psychic Medium, on Saturday, August 24, 2019, from 8:00 pm to 9:45 pm at the historic Cold Spring Village for a 45-minute ghost walking tour. Tickets for this spooky event cost $16 for adults and $14 for children 3-12 and HCSV members, and all proceeds are donated to the HCSV Foundation. For more information or to book tickets click here.

3. Ocean Galleries Presents Jane Seymour ‘California Colorist’
Calling all art lovers. On Friday, August 30, 2019, from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Cape May’s Ocean Galleries is offering guests the opportunity to admire award-winning actress, artist, and designer Jane Seymour’s collection for free. The “California Colorist” collection features watercolors, vibrant oil paintings, and bronze sculptures. Guests will be able to meet Seymour at the intimate reception. 4. Sunset in the Vineyard with Live Music at Jessie Creek Winery
On August 31, 2019, cherish the views of the sunset, live music, Jenni Mac’s homemade snacks, all over a locally made glass of wine at the Jessie Creek Winery. From 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm, guests can lounge on the vineyard’s lawn, snuggle up by the vineyard-side fire pit, play corn hole, horseshoe, and more. Learn more about this free event here.
